Return/Refund Policy

Our goal is to make sure our customers are as happy with our service as they are with our products. But if you’re not happy we want to make it right.

 

The Butter Project is a retailer of personal care products. For health and safety reasons we can not accept returns for any soap, moisturizer, scrub, etc. However, customers can request a refund if the following occurs:

  1. The product leaks, spills, or breaks during shipping. What to do. Please send an image of the damaged item(s) to info@butterbathnbody.com. If you contact us by Chat, please send the image when your representative requests it. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days. You will receive a full refund, including shipping costs.

 

  1. The order is not delivered to the verified address within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. A tracking number must be provided to qualify for a refund. Tracking information is provided with all orders. Please provide your tracking number when you contact us. Unforeseen delays reported by the selected carrier do not qualify for a refund. What to do. If there is a problem tracking your order please contact us by Chat for the quickest response, or email us at info@butterbathnbody.com This includes orders that are shipped to an alternate address. You will receive a full refund, including shipping costs.

 

  1. We shipped the wrong item. We try our best to get it right, but sometimes mistakes happen. If what you received is not what you ordered, please send an image of the item(s) received to info@butterbathnbody.com. If you contact us by Chat, please send the image when your representative requests it. Please allow 5 – 10 days for verification. Once verified, you can choose to have the correct item(s) shipped to you at no additional cost, or to request a full refund.

 

All refunds are applied to the account charged 5 – 10 business days after verification is completed. Confirmation will be sent to the email address used when the purchase was made. Please be sure to check your spam folder if you do not receive confirmation of a refund.
